Mouse entered blocks input on other node

Question

I want to have a controll node that checks if a mouse has entered / exited, but its siblings or childs (depending what is easier) should also get all input (Left / right Mousebutton).

Concrete Problem:
I have a window that closes after the mouse leaves it (detected by $mouse_filter), but in the window are cards that should be right clickable and a intractable scroll bar.
