Hi everyone,
I’m a backend developer with 10+ years of experience, and this year I finally made my first mobile game — using Godot, of course!
What makes it special is that I developed it together with my 7-year-old son. He came up with the idea, helped with colors, logic, and testing. It’s a fast-paced, color-matching game aimed at kids and casual players.
Built in Godot 4.2, using GDScript and built-in nodes.
Published on Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=tworld.software.colorkey
Simple gameplay: tap the right option before time runs out.
We’d love your help!
If you try the game, please:
Play until Game Over
Share your score on social media (X, Instagram, Threads, whatever you use)
Tag it with #colorkeygame or just mention us — every little bit helps!
My son keeps asking “how many people played today?” and it would mean the world to us if we saw some of your scores online.
Thank you Godot community — this engine truly made this project possible!
Happy to hear feedback or ideas!
