🎮 [My First Mobile Game with Godot] Built with my 7-year-old – We'd love your feedback & a little social boost!

Hi everyone,

I’m a backend developer with 10+ years of experience, and this year I finally made my first mobile game — using Godot, of course!

What makes it special is that I developed it together with my 7-year-old son. He came up with the idea, helped with colors, logic, and testing. It’s a fast-paced, color-matching game aimed at kids and casual players.

:wrench: Built in Godot 4.2, using GDScript and built-in nodes.
:mobile_phone: Published on Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=tworld.software.colorkey

:bullseye: Simple gameplay: tap the right option before time runs out.

 We’d love your help!
If you try the game, please:

Play until Game Over

Share your score on social media (X, Instagram, Threads, whatever you use)

Tag it with #colorkeygame or just mention us — every little bit helps!

My son keeps asking “how many people played today?” and it would mean the world to us if we saw some of your scores online. :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

Thank you Godot community — this engine truly made this project possible!

Happy to hear feedback or ideas!

Thank you so much! :folded_hands: It really means a lot to us. If you happen to like the game, we’d be super grateful if you could help us spread the word a bit — maybe a quick share or mention on your socials to support some organic growth.
No pressure at all — but every little bit helps, and my son gets so excited seeing more people try the game!
Thanks again for being part of this journey with us!
