Navigation Agent/Enemy gets stuck

I’ve been following a tutorial on Udemy from GameDevTV. The specific part is regarding enemy ai (NavigationAgent3D etc).

For some reason the enemy (which is a capsule with a capsule collision shape) often gets stuck on the oposite sides of slopes/ramps. Even though there is a path drawn, the enemy is unable to follow it.

Is there a fix for this?
