Need Help cant open new Folders in Godot4.4

Question

I cant open new Folders in Godot 4.4 for making new game´s: It says Folder could not be created.

Maybe you do not have permission to make folders at the specified location

It allso says this in the Godot Console :

ERROR: Error opening file ‘C:/Users/norbe/Documents/neues-spiel/icon.svg’.
at: (core/io/image_loader.cpp:89)
