Need to help with margins on tileset

Question

I have an isometric asset pack that im using with 100+ different tiles that are divided up as seen in the video. I once messed with margins to make it one “pixel” in size and that seemed to work for placing the tiles and having them be seamless. however there are 100+ of these with varying sizes. I was wondering is there any way to automatically make them into one “pixel”. also i tried to screen shot it myself but it just uploads as


so if you know how to fix any of this it’d be appreciated

Could you link to the isometric tileset pack you are using? I think it would be best for you to combine the uniformly sized tiles and use those as tilesets.
