In a 2d game, some NPCs randomly stop moving after a few minutes even though their AI still runs. Using NavigationRegion2D and move_and_slice(). No errors shown. Could this be a nav or physics issue??
Yes it could. Or it can be something else. Maybe.

- Which NPCs stop and which don’t?
- Is it consistently the same ones every time?
- Have you turned on the pathing debugging to see where they are “going” when they’re not moving? (The debug setting is in the NavigationAgent2D.)
