It may be unfamiliar because it is a UI-oriented composition, but screenshots of actual combat scenes are also included. All UIs were difficult to generate with AI, so I designed them myself, and I utilized AI limitedly only for character and background illustrations.
This is the most polished game I’ve seen on the forum, very impressive. It’s hard to say much about the gameplay from a video, but when trying to download the PC build, itch.io shows me this:
Thank you. I’m also still getting familiar with itch.io, but it appears that after my recent build update, the platform is performing a routine security scan for malware and viruses. The file should be released from quarantine once the review is complete. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
As far as I can gather from the warning, itch.io doesn’t like zip files with passwords, as one might hide all manner of malicious stuff in there. Maybe uploading a zip without a password will do the trick?
The warning on the page seems to be a general advisory regarding common scam tactics. Fortunately, my ZIP file is not password-protected. I’m looking forward to the quarantine being lifted soon so everyone can access it.
It seems this primarily happens with files uploaded by new creators. It’s likely a standard verification process for new accounts, and I expect it to be resolved soon.
Thanks for adding the video. I see now it’s a card game. Or the enemies look like cards to me. This is definitely a very polished game.
I’ve been having issues with itch since yesterday. The edit game page wasn’t showing all text. Looking it up I noticed this is an issue with high load. I suspect the scanning issue is the same. I’ve seen it before too on a few other games.
@cubezgm it’s a good idea to create an account and start a page for your game before you want to launch it. For example Steam requires your page to be active for 2 weeks before you can even post anything. Google and Apple both want your first born child before you can post anything.
