PathFollow going faster than it should

For every project i got, even when i export them, my PathFollow go faster than it should be.

For example, i had a ennemy that a week ago took normally 10 second to go to the other side of the map, now he take nearly 0.1 second.

His code is

    var speed=5
 	func _process(delta):
	set_offset(get_offset() + (speed+delta-0.2)) 

This problem happen only recently on my computer, i tried to give my project to other persons and this problem doesn’t occur.
I also tried to download the lastest version of Godot but that doesn’t work.

you should do speed * delta to make same speed independent on machines.
