PathFollow2D rotation

I have enemies created as PathFollow2D but the rotation seems weird. I’m trying to make or at least simulate a horde of enemies and I’m creating the enemies with random offsets to convey that idea.

Here is a video.

As you can see, the first corner rotation seems somewhat ok but still off. The second corner is just wrong. What can I do to make the rotation seem natural?

are you using rigid bodies as the enemies by any chance?


Each Enemy is a PathFollow2D with a Sprite as a child.
