PerPixelTransparency works in Debug, not in Release

Question

Funnily the PerPixelTransparency setting works if I export my game in in Debug mode, but not in Release Mode.

Any idea why? What is the difference? Used no preset on both exports, .pck was exactly the same on both version. Tried even a disassembler but not outcome so far.

Which renderer does your project use (GLES3/GLES2)? Which operating system did you test this on, and what graphics card model does it have? Are you on hybrid graphics (e.g. NVIDIA Optimus)?
