Phantom Code issue

So I imported a project onto my new PC from my old laptop, everything runs fine, exactly as intended, so I get ready to modify the code a bit only to find, every script is completely empty, not even the line at the top “extends (so and so)” but everything runs fine, things that shouldn’t work without code, do, everything runs as intended, I call it, phantom code (original I know) code that can interact with everything, but that I can’t see, or interact with, I’m not sure if there’s some setting hiding it, or if there’s anyway to get it to show back up without reimporting everything which I really don’t want to have to do given how long it took to import this and that everything seemingly works as intended, has anyone ever seen this before?
