It’s complica.
I don’t quite understand the question. Could you elaborate a bit—which ones are being dragged and which ones aren’t?
Seconding tomcat, about open game art for sites that are free and easy to use
tips: I’m not super experienced in pixel art but i like starting with the silhouette, then adding th colors/ details. Color theory is also good to learn for any art.
some files I struggle dragging ended up in the wrong folder - but IDK if that’s your problem or not (not many details given)
THe general question is how to put your files in your project?
A general question calls for only a general answer. You place the file in the project folder, and the engine imports it.
I can offer one piece of advice… using this principle, you can determine whether an artist is skilled in pixel art. Very often, so-called “artists” stupidly reduce the size of a pixelated image — in which case it becomes clear that they have no idea about the principles of pixel art. Every pixel matters. And you can only scale down an image as long as the details remain intact. When details start to disappear or become blurry, you need to redraw the image.
Here’s an example of how to properly scale down a pixel art image.

Dang, It doesn’t even look pixel.
My students will use piskel, it even has some animation features
Maybe you have a sub-window open like Project Settings, maybe your files are not reachable by Godot. Hard to say, I avoid the feature in general since it’s messy and hard to determine where it will copy files to
I often use LibreSprite (it related to Aseprite, lots of people use it) and run it on my computer, not from within the browser: LibreSprite
There is also an official web version: LibreSprite 1.1-dev
