Problem with snow in Godot 4.4, want to do colliders so it isnt coming inside.

Godot Version 4.4

I’m making a game where I want the outside to have snow but for the snow not to get through the walls and roof inside the buildings; but the “terminate on contact” option is not doing anything. I’d rather make a dead zone where the particle system doesn’t render, any help? I figured I’d make area3d nodes with collision shapes that match the building inside and then have the particles just be non-visible in the area. Any help appreciated.

For Hide On Contact to work you’ll need to use the multiple GPUParticlesCollision* nodes depending on what you need. More info here

Thanks, I ended up looking into more manual, art based solutions cause I really want something that is processor efficient.
