Problems with resource duplication

For example, I want to create two resources for two different items in my game. When I create a resource for the first item, I set its characteristics and duplicate it to create the second resource. In the second resource, I set the characteristics for the second item. When I start the game or reload the editor, the characteristics of the second resource change back to the characteristics of the first, and I have to redo it again. Is there any way to fix it?
Godot version 4.2.1

When you say creating a resource, is this in code or are you saving it to the filesystem? Or both code and filesystem with ResourceSaver?
