Problems with the elevating platform

In a nutshell, the project has a structure of 3 static platforms, to each of which the character can travel on a special platform that changes its height at a certain interval. The problem is that the moving platform is a Rigid body 3d and has the property of reducing its speed when there is a character on board and I want to remove this problem.
