Project_ray_normal for any Vector3

Question

Can can you please tell me what method to use to get Normal from 2screen space to any Vector3 . As i see such method exist only for Camera. But dynamic creation Camera object only for using method project_ray_normal is quite expensive.

nobody use project normales from viewport 2d screen to 3d point ? or just nobody know how to do it ?
