ReImporting a GODOT 4 project from the application produced with a previous version

I am learning how to use GODOT and recently had a power drop to my PC while I was editing a project. This has caused some issues with the project files. The scripts are fine and up to date but I have some files won’t reimport into GODOT despite them being functional everywhere else on my PC.

Prior to the power loss I had exported the game with the files packed; When I launch the application the game runs exactly as the previous version did. When try to play the game using the GODOT application to run the program it fails.

Is it possible to import my packed application that runs fine into GODOT in a way that it would be a type of recovery?
