Rigidbody player

Hello dear developers! I have a question about rigid bodies. I have a rigidbody2d with a capsule shape that balances itself and try to stay vertical, it also moves and jumps. I need to make a player sprite that will play animations on different states and move and rotate (balance) like his parent rigidbody capsule shape. I want to make the player also rigidbody,so his limbs will move realistically, but i dont want it to affect anything in the game, expect one object. Do you have suggestions?

so i made it with separate rigid bodies, maybe there is a more clear way to make it? its a little bit glichy… Im also new into development
