Save window in Godot 4.3 on Linux disables folder selection

Question

I’m having an issue when click on the Actions button of the “Advances Import settings for Scene” and click “Set Mesh Save path” the dialogue window opens up with all of my folders disabled. Meaning I cannot select any of it.
it first opens in my /home/user folder instead of the project folder, then all the folder are disabled, even though the description is set to All Files. And this happens for all actions of similar save behavior.

Please help. I’ve been stuck with this for days now.

Oh! I think I figured it out… It’s the flathub installation that messed it up
