Shader Effects for objects slowly cracking

I am not sure how to implement this shader. Please see the following:

From both videos, the floor slowly has cracks creeping further and further. In the first video, a bit further from 1:12, we also see that the “invisible” walls of the stage also has these cracks creeping further too.

In Godot Shader, how to do this?

The first video looks fairly easy to replicate with multitexture; you could have a “cracked” texture, and mix it in proportionally.

The second looks to me like they’ve got pre-shattered geometry in addition.
