Skeleton Animation

I’ve been having problems with 3d skeletons. I have a human fps character with a gun bone attached to his right hand. I want to code a specific bone (spine) to rotate up and down for the camera to look up and down. However, because animations override this, I used a ik to a node to rotate it. Then the problem arises that it counteracts a left hand ik which allows the left hand to hold the barrel of the gun. Any suggestions on how to fix?
