SkeletonModification2DJiggle bouncing on scene start

Question

I am using SkeletonModification2DJiggle on a Skeleton2D.
When I play or switch to the scene the bones having the SkeletonModification2DJiggle applied to them automatically start jumping around. Does anyone know how I can disable this? I want the bones to move only when I move the Target node of the SkeletonModification2DJiggle.
