When using a gridmap node my model becomes squashed down. it appears fine in its own scene and in blender.

is the tree.tres a meshlibrary?
Yes tree.tres is a meshlibrary and it only has the tree model in it.
It looks like your tree model is squashed to begin with, make sure to “apply all trasnforms” before exporting in blender.
So I tried “apply all transforms” which caused the tree the be squashed in its own scene then I undid it and “apply all transforms to deltas” which seem to have worked. Now I get the full tree in my meshlibrary.
