I have a simple 2x2 pixel grid, black and white works perfectly. But I tried making it purple and green but the colours are wrong in Godot, I have no clue why! How can I get the correct colours to show?

Can you check the import-tab when you click on the image-resource and try playing around with the import-settings
That’s probably the DXT1 compression. You might try going to the import tab for that texture and telling it you want lossless.
