I have this game I’m making where I just added a CanvasLayer for the UI. After adding it, the TouchArea does not work at all although it does sometimes really weirdly. I have a touch area input event signal that usually activates when clicking, but also works when scrolling the mouse. When I scroll the mouse, the camera is supposed to zoom in or out. Well, weirdly, neither of the two clicks work, but scrolling the mouse over it (while the camera zooms in/out) DOES work. I am VERY confused and I need a solution for this. Can anyone help?
I solved it! I just went to the control node I had as the child of the CanvasLayer and changed “mouse_filter” to “Ignore”. Hope this helps someone in the future
