Trouble with texture filtering in 2d game when upscaling resolution

Question

I’m making a pixel game with a native resolution of 540p and it scales awfully to 720p, I’d much rather prefer it to be blurry than jagged, is there a setting to change the rendering of textures to linear or turn anti-aliasing on when choosing 720p, here are the examples. (i tried choosing linear in project settings but it doesn’t do the trick unforch):
