UI Text Scaling

I’m making a health bar system in my game. I have a color rectangle holding my text that I’m using as a place holder to display health.

The issue is that when I rescale my window the text inside of the color rectangle does not scale with it.

is there a way to make the text scale with my ui elements?

you using a label? if so in the inspector goto theme overrides > font sizes

Thank you for replying to this post. I am using a rich text label. I figured out how to resize the text.

The thing I was asking (should of been more clear) is for a way to get the size of the font to scale with the screen.
