Unable to open Godot project after changing fonts

Godot Version 4.3 (Windows 10)

Question

I was playing around with a custom font type when my project suddenly closed and switched to the Godot project manager. All efforts opening said project result in the manager being reopended. This is not the case if i try to open a different one. I already tried reinstalling the engine and deleting problematic objects in my scene via extern files but so far i couldn’t get my project to boot up again.
Has anyone else encountered this problem and knows any kind of solution?
