Undesired after-image when pixel art character moves

Hey I got a problem with Godot. I’m making a pixel art game, resolution is 512x288 and every sprite is made via aseprite. They all fit perfectly but the thing is: when my character moves, the sprite leaves an undesired after-image behind it, like a blur when you move too fast. It also appears behind platforms and other things. Its making me go crazy because there is no solution. I’ve already set the filter to nearest and the process callback of the camera to physics and nothing changes. I’ve also tried to mess with the max fps and it’s still the same. I also snapped the vertices and transforms to pixels and nothing.
I don’t know if the problem is my display because I’ve tried with 3 different screens and they all present the same issue. Any help?

You might want to take a look at the documentation about resolutions:

I had that problem on a project at one point and I was able to solve it by adjusting the project settings to the suggested pixel art resolution settings.

It could well be your display; all modern displays have at least a little trouble with ghosting.
