Using webextensions for godot

godot can use webassembly to run in an HTML5 browser. But it is VERY large and so takes a long time to download and start. If the core of godot were made into an extension, then the only part left would be the game in question. So this is really a request to consider making the godot engine available as a webextension.

I don’t think it’s really feasible. Even if it was, this would be impractical as every player would have to download the add-on to play Godot games. Moreover, different Godot games often use different Godot versions, sometimes with custom modules or patches compiled in.
