Velocity.x as 'nil' in tween

Godot Version



I’m trying to make a tween that makes my character’s x velocity go to 0 in a second while not affecting the y velocity. The goal is to make pizza-tower like turning.
To do this I use a simple tween:

When I use velocity.x in a tween it will give me the following error:

I think the problem here is that godot sees velocity.x as ‘nil,’ but i honestly have no clue how to fix this. Some help would be appreciated.
