These are really nice. The car paint is very impressive but I really like the volumetric effects in particular. I’m curious, now that you’ve been through all this are there any learning resources you found particularly helpful? I’m not going to need them any time soon but I’ll sure bookmark them for the future.
And now that you’ve made your VFX compilation, does this mean you’ll be back to working on your game again?

For people wanting to get into making shaders, I recommend Ben Cloward - he does a really great job covering most of the foundation core concepts and techniques used when writing shaders.
For VFX I really like the tutorials from Gabriel Aguiar though he does tend to leave off important details at the ends (these may be covered in his paid courses though).
I hope to make game progress now, but will no doubt get side tracked, again
