The problem
Godot’s editor seems to lag a lot/have input delay problems when vsync is enabled on a project.
I tested this on a 60hz and 144hz monitor on 2 different computers and nothing changed.
Both computers have rtx cards (3060 and 4050)
Both computers have ryzen cpus (r7 5700g and r7 7840hs)
What could be the cause of this?
I don’t remember 3.x versions being this laggy and the computers are definitely not low end.
edit: 144hz was smoother but there was still a noticeable delay for most things
