Weird light stripes in shadows

Hello there,

I have weird “light stripes” in my shadows. The “hat” has no holes at all. Please look at the eyes. The white stripe should not be there. Also on the cheek, why are there multiple of those stripes?
Same issue is in the arms and legs. Already tested all kinds of different materials, shadow bias, played with the world environement, error stays. Normals of the object are fine. Enable/disable all kind of setting sin the world environment, changes all the values for bias under SDFGI, issue stays the same.

What else could cause these issues? I am running out of ideas on where to look on how to solve this.

Imported the model out of blender. In blender the lighting on this one is perfectly fine.
