Weird stuff is happening

Question

Some weird stuff happens with godot when i try to load a project. The window is blank except on the window bar theres the project name, and all that happens is it is blank, and then it says not responding, and then normal, now not responding, so on and so fourth, it may be my bad low end pc, but i heard godot is good with low end.
