so hello i am very very new to coding and i am more than willing to work hard for my dream(and hopfuly my future) job: game designer. Yes i am a big dreamer but i don’t now how to start, as a noob and a lazy person without that much time. Do any one have an idea to help me?

Generally we guide people to work through the tutorials in the documentation, they’re good to get you started on the basics. You’ll find the 2D tutorial here, and 3D over here! (In the guides it’s suggested to start with 2D).
Follow them, add some things of your own, tweak them to your liking. Then start on smaller projects to get more familiar. Perhaps you can clone some existing games for practice, so you don’t have to think of the game concept and loops yourself, and it’ll go from there!

It’s normal, a mod will manually check your topic and then make it public if they think you are a good guy and not a bad guy. It may take 24 hours or something.
