When and Why is `force_fps` and `target_fps` removed?

I noticed that in the latest godot engine(4.0.2), debug/settings/fps/force_fps and target_fps are no longer available.
I’m sure they were available at least until 4.0 alpha. Are they removed on purpose? If so, why?

I believe these are replaced with max_fps, which is effectively the same thing, just better named. If you look at the description of force_fps, it says “Maximum number of frames per second allowed”.
