Why some plugins wont show up in assetLib tab?

Question

Why some plugins wont show up in assetLib tab? for example
Dialogic why is wont show up on my assetLib it was created in 2024-02-06!
i have spend 2 whole days!! i even try putting in the plugin manually and it has been the biggest headache of my life Anyway is there any solution? anyhelp will be great

It’s for godot 3.5 , most likely not compatible with godot 4

Edit: ok nvm they have 4.2 support

Seems like it is in alpha version, so the creator probably hasn’t released it on asset library yet
