Picking up gold gives you plus one gold, but picking up fools gold which looks the same explodes you.
That’s not fair and it’d make the player quit quickly. Give them some hope. Let fool’s gold sprites have a single pixel difference in respect to real gold, but it’s always a different randomly selected pixel.

A game whe the only options are bad ones. So you can never saygwhat you want to say and are always forced into the bad stuff to say.
