Can I write code on Java or Kotlin?
In theory, it is possible. In practice, it’s not there yet, and it’s highly unlikely Java will ever be supported officially. That being said, there’s this (community) project (in alpha stage):

I’ve never used it, but no, it’s not fully-featured. There’s a “What’s not working” section on the page I’ve linked. I don’t know of any courses, it’s rather niche. Most people are using GDScript or C#.
