DEV SNAPSHOT: Godot 4.4 dev 1

You would think we take a break after our major 4.3 release, but since we closed the merge window back in May we already had >200 PRs ripe for the picking :carrot::potato::eggplant:

3d physics interpolation and more performance optimizations? LETS GO!

Good start! It’s just a bit of a shame that it crashes immediately when trying to open any project. Windows 11, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti Laptop GPU.
