Does Godot plan to implement the gpuopne tools that AMD makes available?

There are no immediate plans to integrate libraries from GPUOpen. The new lightmapper was written while Radeon Rays was still proprietary, so reduz and JFonS ended up writing their own Vulkan compute code for GPU-accelerated raytracing.
