Also why AI written post. If you can’t even be bothered to write your own offer to work for you without any guaranteed salary, why should anyone bother to work with / for you? I’m a bit confused.

Good luck being a “CEO” for game company without any developers. I could offer you a zero salary zero profit share position as a coffee boy if it doesnt work out for you.

I am a junior Godot user and a pure web developer, I can handle server, api,

Websites etc. But, Don’t use godot as a skilled developer.

I would suggest you to learn game development and be active on forums. It’ll help you finding ‘skilled’ developers for your company. Nobody wants to work for a company that has zero idea about game development.

If you try to get ‘skilled’ developers now, you will only get Timmy the Vibe coder.(No offense to any Timmy reading this, it’s a joke)

you forget about inteligent self-learning AI npcs everywhere that respond in real time to player decisions and also GTA6 level graphics for every small detail, even tree you can’t see unless standing in the most remote corner of the map

but that’s so obvious you don’t even need to write it down…

I wouldn’t have liked to be the OP here, it was like a tower defense.

We are a tough community and I love it. Are we becoming Stack Overflow ? Just kidding.. :face_with_open_eyes_and_hand_over_mouth: I made 10k there and I’m not going back.. :skull:

I specially love that there is a none moronic, none herd, none trending mentality. Where ppl still think (literally :laughing:) and conversations still make sense.

For me now, community has become more important than ever before.

If you ever seen roblox commision posts - then these few are nothing compared to % payment or team of 20 scripters just to make clicker with free assets
