So, my game is using an achievement system linked to a Gamejolt account, but I haven’t found an API that is compatible with the Steam release, or any recent updates (pretty much I’m talking about 3.0.6.) Anyone know a good API for this? If so, thanks.

To my knowledge, the engine lacks an API for the Gamejolt API (there isn’t even a plug-in for the Gamejolt API). If you want, you can request that the engine have support for the API.
Edit: there is a plug-in that was recently updated by rojekabc.
You mean lacks an API for Steam… Because I found only that one for Godot 2 - GitHub - CoaguCo-Industries/GodotSteam: An open-source and fully functional Steamworks SDK / API module and plug-in for the Godot Game Engine.
And, if we’re talking about GameJolt API plugin, I create some actual fork with current GameJolt: GitHub - rojekabc/-godot-gj-api: GameJolt API plugin for Godot Engine
