Godot 4.5 FPS controller with 24 real-engine regression checks (paid kit + open code)

I put together **Corridor Motion Lab**, a compact Godot 4.5.2 first-person controller reference scene, because a movement script can look fine while the *engine-level behavior* is wrong. I ran **24/24 checks inside the real Godot 4.5.2 engine**, not a browser mock, and am sharing the specific regression checklist in case it helps other FPS projects.

**Five failure cases worth testing in a real scene:**

1. **Collision and spawn:** instantiate a real CharacterBody3D with a capsule collider, then make sure the player starts above the floor and stays above it during physics updates. A test that checks only node existence misses floor penetration.

2. **Walk vs sprint:** hold the configured movement action for equal physics frames. Compare actual travel distance: sprint should be measurably faster, not just change an animation or HUD label.

3. **Stamina:** moving+sprinting should drain it; standing still should recover it; near-zero stamina should block additional sprinting. Also test an invalid negative physics delta to avoid corrupting the stored value.

4. **Mouse look:** test actual yaw movement and a clamped pitch range. Releasing pointer capture should stop unexpected camera rotation.

5. **Reset:** after moving, sprinting and looking around, reset should restore the exact configured spawn, full stamina, pitch and yaw. A UI reset without physics-state restoration is not sufficient.

The reference scene also has collidable walls/pillars and an in-game stamina display. The bundled ZIP has the Godot project, GDScript tests, setup notes and a limited non-exclusive license, subject to the rights actually held by the creator. **This is a reference kit, not a production-ready multiplayer game or a promise of integration into your project.**
