Hello,
Can godot change desktop background in Windows/Linux/Android?
And can godot change androdin ringtone?

Godot can’t natively change desktop backgrounds on Windows/Linux/Android or modify Android ringtones. These tasks require platform-specific code or external plugins beyond Godot’s built-in capabilities.
