As you guys can see I started my laptop and nothing is running just a task manager but still it’s eating nearly 50 percentage of memory and too much cpu … is that normal?? Or something to consorn.. ?? 
Since you sorted by memory usage, we can’t really see what’s actually using your CPU. Sort by CPU usage and see what’s actually using it.

Well.. well thanks for trying to help but now it’s showing different like 4 to 5 percentage of cpu and 47 to 45 percentage of memory. It’s seems good now.. but i am still not sure why it reached 80 percentage Last time.. even nothing was activated…. 
Your screenshot is rotated weird and there’s no info there. Try to provide input that can actually help people help you, please.
But here goes nothing: Windows Search Indexing services might be the cause.

No. I mean, you don’t give any info to help you out, so it’s 100% guessing.
If your CPU load is up again and you don’t know why, sort task manager by CPU and make a new screenshot.

That are two different aspects. One is the lost performance to system tasks. The other that MS is scanning all your data and Recall is doing it’s job. If this is something to be afraid off, that’s your decision.

Ok. For sure currently cpu is on 4 to 8 percent and memory is 45 to 49 .. if it raises again i will make sure to get as much information as much possible 
Wel i don’t have any sensative or important Data.. so i don’t think so i should fear about it.. btw it’s it’s Thier regular work or ms then .. what I could do …
Honestly, Godot is one of the most ‘potato-friendly’ engines out there. I’ve seen people run it on hardware that struggles with a web browser! If you do hit some lag, just try switching from the Forward+ renderer to Compatibility mode in the top right corner. It’s a lifesaver for integrated graphics and older laptops.

Thier are alot of useless material in device.. i do like to make my own os so that I can control the material.. window is eating my 50 percentage of ram mostly stuff i never use or need . And at the end .. I just don’t have any much deep knowledge about windows and operating system that’ Why I am not working on my own os.. 
Are you making any malware or something in c++?
because it only happens to me when I forget to close my very little friendly c++ program

Umm no man i know I mentioned I am learning c++ but to be clear I am still a learning 1st year student.. and I am familiar with sql, java script and HTML little much css and gd script and c . And later I will learn python..
I don’t know why.. but i love learning.. i do like to learn what ever I can ..
Currently I don’t have any plans with c++ or any other language so i am just making notes and understanding thier Main functions and sythesx in future of i got any idea so surely i will.. do it..
And yea i am self learning because college classes are not sufficient to teach me with theory.. i do all at home by my own practically..
You can advise if you can.. related anything..
