Is the following behavior possible using just the editor in Godot 3.x or 4.x vanilla?

Note that I am not using Spine2D with Godot but am just citing the article as an example.
Basically, I want to use the editor to configure proper forward and inverse kinematics of the two-handed weapon. Thanks in advance.
