How can I create an mp3 or wav file?

I’m trying to develop some kind of music game where you can press keys and reproduce sounds, I would like to join those sounds together in an mp3 or wav file, like a recording, but I’m not sure if that would be posible.

Does somebody knows how I could do that?

Godot can save WAV files, but not MP3 or Ogg Vorbis. See the Mic Record demo for an example of this.
