Hi, I want to release the game on the PC, but I’m confused by godot’s logo on the preview, can I turn it off?

Not sure if one can turn it off, but you can override it in project settings:
Project -> Project Settings -> Application -> Boot splash -> Image, then browse for either a dummy image or your own game logo.
